The Centurion Foundation, Inc.’s MultiCare Health System properties in Washington State
The Centurion Foundation, Inc., a non-profit based in Atlanta, GA, provides real estate development and financing solutions to non-profit health care providers across the U.S. The Foundation recently engaged with Criterium Engineers to perform property condition assessments (PCA) at four of the newly constructed MultiCare Health System properties in the state of Washington.
Three of the four PCAs were completed prior to purchase of the facilities as part of the Centurion Foundation’s due diligence. The final PCA will be completed in early 2021. Each of the facilities is just under 10,000 square feet in size.
A PCA reviews more than 30 major building and site elements for clients purchasing, leasing or maintaining property or real estate. The benefits of a conducting a PCA include understanding a property’s baseline condition before it is purchased and being well-informed to make decisions on areas of deferred maintenance that may require attention. Here’s a sample of what a PCA may include.
Congratulations to the Centurion Foundation Inc.’s team on their recent acquisitions.
