The versatility, “can-do” attitude, and diligent efforts of office principal Kyle Hardy, P.E. and his brother Ross Hardy, R.S. (office manager/reserve specialist), were noted in Criterium-Hardy Engineers‘ selection as Franchise of the Month (August 2020).
Kyle Hardy purchased the St. Louis, Missouri-based office in 2014 from an existing affiliate/franchisee who had been in business since 1986. Kyle merged it with a small home inspection business he had previously started. Ross joined him in 2017.
Since that acquisition, Kyle and Ross have developed a diversified engineering practice. They have demonstrated consistent growth each year they have been in business. The Criterium-Hardy Engineers team has not only grown their business in their Missouri territory, but has also been an active provider of real estate engineering services for our corporate national accounts.
The Hardys consistently deliver good client support and high-quality reports when assigning them projects in a wide range of assignments: PCAs, ESAs, Reserve Studies, Capital Needs Assessments, and 179D Energy Tax Credit Evaluations. No job is too big or too small for them. They are always willing to take on new challenges and additional projects. They regularly provide services for the corporate office’s Chicago-area clients and have traveled as far as South Dakota, Oklahoma, and beyond for corporate work.
They are eager to grow their business in new ways. They recently ventured into learning how to place Google Ads. They are now running them to bring new leads to their notice.
In a very short time, their team has given us many reasons to be pleased and proud to have them in the Criterium Engineers family. Congratulations to Kyle & Ross on being named Franchise of the Month!
